Angel (Moderate)

Bathe every 5 days with Malaseb shampoo let sit for 10 minutes then rinse well

• Ketoconazole 100 mg once a day for 40 days
• Keflex 250 mg started 2XD but changed to 1XD because of vomiting total of 20 pills
• Otomax (Tri-Otic) both ears 2XD for 7 days
• Benedryl as needed in the beginning but switched to daily after she was no longer getting the Ketoconazole
• Premium Edge Lamb and Rice kibble fed dry - nothing added
• Chicken Treats (freeze dried in can) as treats - occasionally
